    What would you recommend is the best way to control a panic attack?

    You can not control panic attacks, however, you can control your own thoughts and feelings and chose to focus on those thoughts and beliefs that make you feel good. And when you do your body will not panic. You need, however, to be willing to set off some time every day to learn, and later, to remind yourself to be conscious. Many people would rather choose to live dreadful lives than use time on self-discovery. This is because changing is difficult, but only in the beginning before you discover that you are the creator of your own life and that your purpose is to be happy, to change, create and develop yourself and the world that surrounds you. Please see my last answer for how you can learn to change. If you do make time for self-development you will soon discover that your challenges in life will become your strength. When you discover that your challenges pushed you forwards you will soon feel grateful and when you become grateful your life will feel good. Good luck!
