I was just diagnosed with anxiety and panic. What should I do?
Please see my answer to your anxiety question as it also includes a solution for Panic attacks. A few years back I had several panic attacks, one of the attacks was so serious that I was sent to the hospital. I have, however, not experienced any more attacks since I started to become conscious of my own thoughts and feelings and started to do my best to focus only on the thoughts that feel good.
